- 1 container Better Beans Cuban Black Beans
- 1 container Better Beans Uncanny Refried Black Beans
- 1 oz chorizo sausage (or vegetarian substitute)
- Organic flour tortillas
- Feta (or vegan substitute)
- Take out chorizo from casing and use a skillet to cook it thoroughly until browned
- Combine and heat up Better Beans Uncanny Refried Beans, Cuban Black Beans and salsa
- In a skillet fry your eggs
- Heat tortillas
- Slice avocado
Top each tortilla with bean and salsa mixture, fried egg, chorizo, avocado slices, salsa and feta. Enjoy!
