Preheat oven to 375○. Chop up and fully cook any meat of your choice. Finely chop red bell pepper and onion and sautée in skillet until caramelized. Load chips with layers of meat, pepper, onion, salsa, beans and yogurt. Place onto baking sheet or glass dish. Bake 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
