Use a knife to cut your tortillas into a heart-shape, if desired. Heat up coconut oil in a large skillet. Add one tortilla and let it cook until lightly browned and flip over. Mix equal parts Better Beans Skillet Refried Beans and tomatoes in bowl and add to tortilla. Add shredded cheese and top with another tortilla and flip. Cook until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
